This wine has a great acidity, light and fresh.
Nice flavours of cassis, red fruit, earthy flavours, undergrowth but with nice red fruit running through soft & mellow ending with some light fennel.
 
Pinotin is a fungus-resistant red grape variety developed in Switzerland in 1991 by Valentin Blattner. It is a cross between Pinot Noir and resistance partners, though genetic analysis later revealed it to be a more complex hybrid involving Cab Sauv, Sylvaner, Riesling, and others
