Beautiful hazy soft yellow colour

A soft fresh buttery nose with hints of citrus. A light beach/dune type smell, like that of dried herbs like thyme & oregano, light notes of yellow fruit as well.

Palate is fresh to start with, minerals like granite or pebbles, some dried herbs, a touch of yellow fruit & little white pepper at the end. Nice long finish.
