Fresh but it still has some body to it.

It has a bit of that silty minerality to it, that reminds me oysters. It has a very nice long mineral & aromatic finish. This wine is made specially to go with seafood.

This wine is a collabriation between

Pepin & Charles Poiscaille.

Poiscaille brings together 250 fishermen throughout France to fill the Casiers de la mer with 22,000 subscribers, who collect their order in 1700 partner shops throughout the country.

The fish is fresh as the rib, the time to fish on the plate being a maximum of 72 hours, often less. This is the shortest deadline in the entire sector.
