Visually it is pale yellow with a fine stream of bubbles.
Nose: The nose is expressive and mineral, fresh citrus fruit like lemon, some green apple with little brioche & some yeast notes & a little nutty.
The palate has a fresh start, good bubble, citrus, green apple but still Alsace, so you get nice orchard fruit like white pear,accompanied by a
slight bitterness on the finish that balances the
whole and gives the wine a nice length.
