A beautiful red colour, almost velvety

A mature and bigger Pinot then most, good acidity, nice red fruit and a little smokey.

The Pinot has a 4 week maceration., and aged in old Burgundy barrels. So you get nice round body and soft tannins. Nice long finish, very well balance wine.

Goes amazingly with duck, deer & other game style dishes
