Colouris very light silvery with a touch of gold

On the nose you first get soft beeswax, little smokiness and some flowers

Then palate is soft, the Auxerrois comes through with a bit of yellow apple in some fresh butter , you have some notes of pear drops. Great balaned with the acidity.

Still nice freshness to it all., warm & saline finish

The flavours just gently hang around your mouth for a while,

Hand-picked - Whole bunches pressed - Maturing on lees 6 months in hundred years old barrels – native yeasts

Age of the vines : 40 years old.

Soil : Marly-limestone soil on muschelkalk
