Nice warm & soft smell.
Honeysuckle,  ripe mandarin. little herbaceous
 
Really nice balance between fresh & roundness
You get citrus, little green apple and light honey & vanilla notes.
It has this very light creamy custard flavour to it with notes of citrus running through it.
It reminds me a bit of advocaat or lemon tart. Velvety, little alcohol, creaminess but done with citrus & freshness.
 
It has a nice minerality to it, like pebbles & steely
Clean & fresh ending It pretty full, but still lively and refreshing.
 
Direct press, barrel fermentation. Aging on lees for 1 year
Abv: 14 %
