On the nose you get, soft oak, coffee grinds, fire place/ash

So much flavour straight away, when it settles, your mouth is coated with red liquorice, some coffee, chocolate undernotes

Some vanilla notes running through it. sour cherries, blackberries.

Nice silky dryness at the end, soft tannins & a long finish

This wine is brilliant

14 day semi-carbonic maceration

Aged for atleast 14 months in demi-fuid

no filtration, nothing added, nothing taken

All hand picked and the land is worked by horse
