Organic and biodynamic cultivation

Nose, notes of vanilla, little sourness, like yoghurt. Strawberry yoghurt or vanilla.

Flavour wise, it has fruit, dark fruit, spices, dryness.

Dryness like coffee grinds, some very dark chocolate, tobacco.

Has a  really nice earthiness to it as well.

But through all this runs this really nice darkfruit undertone.

Great acidity as well

This wine will be great with stews

2 weeks maceration and aged in barrels of 1 year
