Soft oak but still a fresh nose

It’s fresh, it’s citrus, it’s light, with a touch of oak

It has a very nice pebbly minerality to it

Afterwards you het a very soft light ending with a mix of minerality and a very light sweeter citrus fruit like young mandarin

Soil: limestone & Limestone scree

Aged in for 10 months in 500L demi-muid & also tanks to keep the freshness
