Brilliant light colour, pale pink with a little coper
 
Nose is red current, little strawberry, fresh pink grapefruit. Some fresh herbs like  thyme & sage thrown in as well.
 
Palate is dry, fresh & mineral. Little rhubard freshness to start. Some nice crunchy fresh red fruit like cranberries, herbal notes..
A very well balanced refreshing wine, with a long & savoury finish
Will work great with bbqs, can cut through the fattiness of grilled meat.
