Organic and biodynamic cultivation

A velvety, perfumed nose of blackberry, black cherry and plum, with a touch of red liquorice and hints of herbs like dried mint, crushed fennel seeds, a little lavender & some fresh sage and black pepper.

The palate is fresher and lighter than the nose suggests, with lively acidity, very light tannins, and soft, gentle dark fruit lingering on the finish. keeping it bright and very drinkable.

Maceration lasts 10 to 12 days in concrete vats.

Aged for 9 months, ½ in concete and ½ in old vats
