A soft natural wine nose with some red coulis

Its a light and fresh Pinot Noir with good acicity and some lovely flavours of raspberries and other red berries thrown through it. Its has a great balance between red fruit, acidity and stalky bitterness

Nice young wine with good flavour and a good finish

10 days of macération, 1/3 whole bunch and 2/3 destemmed

Soil is standstone & volcanic

Aged in old Alsace vats for 6 months
