The colour is just so beautiful.

The nose is vermouth style, botanical

The taste is the same, little vermouth, soft bitter dryness, a touch of caramel towards the end

There are so many flavours every time you smell and taste, very addictive.

It really is delicious, a beautiful winter wine. As an aperitif or to finish the night with.

Food, older cheeses, fig bread, dried fruit, maybe even some ice-cream. After dinner food things.  Xmas mince pie style desserts.

30 day macération, aged for 12 months on the less in large barrels.

No filtration, no sulphites added
