Sweetness of soft tropical fruit and spices. Membrillo & white pepper. All hold together by a nice balance of freshness.

This cuvée is the result of a harmonious blend of 5 Alsatian grape varieties specially associated to match with sushi, sashimi and other spicy fish-based recipes.

Age of vines: 30 years, Hand-picked - Whole bunches pressed - Maturing on lees in hundred years old foudre for 9 months.
