On the nose you get this autumn smell of semi dried leaves, & twigs, some cassis notes,
This is a young wine and has a great acidity to it. It's fresh & light. You get young red fruit with a little bitterness of fresh twigs.

Aged in for 10 months in 500L demi-muid & also tanks to keep the freshness
Ten-day maceration of whole bunches, no punching down or pumping over.
