Nice soft darker straw colour

On the nose it has soft fruit, like melon with some yeast flavours running through it

The soft mouse makes it almost creamy, it has flavours of ripe melon & pear but it still has a nice freshness to it.

It all coats your mouth beautifully and just stays forever . it’s a delicious Pet’Nat

Blending of the different juices as they are

harvested. Two racks before bottling, but no disgorging.
