Rich and creamy nose, very bright, stone fruits, ripe manderine, citrus, a little ginger skin & some light vanilla
 
All the flavours you smelled are there, but there is this minerality of pebble coolness running through it, this keeps the ripe flavours in check.
It has a nice round long soft finish to it.
A nice dryness with stonefruit finish
