Beautiful cherry purple colour,

On the nose it has soft, warm, mellow sour & stewed cherry notes, some sandal wood

Soft round red fruit with a little dryness of spices like white pepper. A beautiful well integrated acidity & melting tannins, a great balanced wine.

A very easy going red that has all the right flavours

Manual harvest, natural vinification: indigenous yeasts - no added sulfur

Aged in stainless steel

Soil : Clay-limestone

Age of the vines : Old Carignan of 60 years and Syrah of 15 years, located in the municipality of Lagrasse between 160 and 300m above sea level
