Organic and biodynamic cultivation

Slightly cloudy in the glass.

The nose is velvety, with flowers like tulip and hyacinth, a little fresh nutmeg and blueberries.

On the palate there’s dark plum and blueberry acidity, warm spices, a little coffee and chocolate, and soft red apple notes. There’s a little spice-like, tea-likedryness to it.

It’s light, but full of beautiful warm, soft flavours. Long finish, with a great balance between flavour and acidity.
