Organic and biodynamic cultivation
On the nose you get sour cherries, wild berries & little plum to start, and some floral notes. The carbonic maceration keeps it more fruit driven.
The tasting is juicy, mellow & light, with low tannins and a nice acidity. What you smell is mainly what you get.
It’s simple but very effective, serve this one slightly chilled and it will be your new best friend.
