Organic and biodynamic cultivation

A velvety nose, you get a little red liquorice , stewed red fruit, like a dark red coulis.

In the mouth you get dark plums, some soft spice, tobacco, coffee,  little vanilla towards the end.

Good acidity running through it.

Soft ending with a nice dryness and soft red fruit.

Aged for 8 months in demi-fuid, 550L

no filtration, nothing added, nothing taken

All hand picked and the land is worked by horse
