Organic and biodynamic cultivation

This is a beautiful delicate sparkling rosé, made with the very rare Slarina grape.

The colour is lightly pink.

The bubbles are very fine, a soft mousse. You get light red fruit, little floral like rose peddles.

Little herbaceous twist, also a faint mineral note.

Great balance between freshness & fruit .

The wine feels very mellow in the mouth.

Fermentation: spontaneous, pressing and 8 days in steel

Aged for 2 months in tank, then bottled with must from the same vintage, matured on the lees for 17 months, with disgorgement in April 2025
