On the nose it has light notes of mandarin, someday, hay flowers/wilde flowers.
Very nice light spring summer notes.
 
It is a very mellow spring/summer vibe wine. Light flavours of honey/ honey suckle, light citrus creaminess running through it, little mandarin & red apple  Has light white spice like white pepper.
 
Really nice balance between fresh & roundness. It has a touch of minerality to it, like pebbles

From a vineyard of various ages (from 6 years for the last sauvignons to 50 years for a plot of white ugni) located on a predominantly calcareous clay terroir
