Organic and biodynamic cultivation

The nose is very direct, citrus, some peach and a little bit of flowers

Palate is lively, well-balanced, and fresh.

There is fruit, like young pineapple, some white peach but above all a lovely sensation of minerality, saline notes that make you want to come back for more.

Age of the vines : Between 28 and 36 years old.

Soil : Garonne gravel, rolled pebbles from the Pyrenees,
