On the nose you get soft & light ripe yellow & red apples with some candies pear

The flavour is very mellow, nice soft acidity with fruits like yellow & red apple, a little candied peach &  some pear drops.

The bubbles are small and creamy.

Its a beautiful soft apple cider, almost like an apple wine with soft a creamy mousse
