Palate has a soft round texture with a nice mellow freshness.

You get some baked apple, little pear and some candies peach, but all very soft.

Towards the end there is a little almond bitterness with some anise thrown into it.

Chat Noir

A Crémant from Mittelbergheim

Winery: Domaine Rohrer

Soft fruit like apple with a touch of light caramel, great balance between

acidity & flavour, a little brioche / light speculaas touch at the end.
