Both Wines are from Domaine Exeterra, based in Blienschwiller
Exeterra was officialy born in 2022, but it is the completion of a 20-year dream by Florence. She now has 2,5ha of vines
 
Et Si? (Sylvaner)
Beautiful soft golden hazy colour Soft warm nose of exotic aromas, some orange blossom, some fresh woody herbs and a little oak.
Soft & light flavours of ripe Doyanne pear with hints of caramel.
But the wine still has a nice freshness to it. It has a some minerality running through it, what you want from a Sylvaner.
It has a beautiful roundness to it, because the wine has been partly
aged in old big barrels
Super mellow, happiness in a bottle
 
GRouge (Pinot Noir 75% & Gewurztraminer 25%)
Beautiful soft, clear & silky smooth pale ruby colour
On the nose its soft warm & some spice, light red fruit,
little perfume from Gewurzt.
These 2 grapes together are a match made in haven. The Gewurzt really elevates this wine I think.
A very round but lighter style wine, that attacks your taste buds straight away with round & clean red fruit.
After that some soft spice & herbal flavours come through, but they are surrounded by delicious fruit notes of the wine
