It has quite a rich noise, little oaky, yellow apples some lemon curd.
Taste wise, it has a nice clean lemon zest acidity mixed with a touch of oak, followed by some freshness and creaminess like lemon curd, some yellow apples and a very mellow finish.
A beautiful rich but still fresh chardonnay from the south of Beaujolais
80% is aged in stainless steel for 1 year
20% is aged in used oak barrels for 1 year
1 year raging in the bottle
