The farm consists of about forty hectares of permanent agroforestry meadows and about 13 hectares of vineyards spread over the surrounding municipalities, namely Bernardvillé, Reichsfeld, Itterswiller, Andlau, Eichhoffen, Epfg and Saint-Pierre.

All winemaking and winemaking operations take place in accordance with the specifications of Organic & Biodynamic Farming. Patrick Geiger, an independent Winemaker, supported by his parents, Simone and Richard welcome you to his family farm, and invite you to discover his wines with a strong personality. The current wine farm comes from that of our respective parents. Winegrowers for several generations, they have adapted to the very different terroirs on which they have planted the most suitable grape varieties.

The Felsberg estate is doing an impressive job of integrating livestock with viticulture to promote sustainability and enhance the quality of their wines. Raising Highland cows not only helps manage the overgrown meadows but also contributes to soil health through biodynamic practices. By using cow manure to enrich the soil, they foster microbial diversity and improve its fertility, leading to better grape quality and ultimately more expressive wines.

Patrick Geiger's commitment to circular economies and short supply chains, along with initiatives like bottle deposits, further illustrates a holistic approach to farming and production. This not only benefits the environment but also connects consumers more directly with the source of their food and wine, promoting local economies and sustainable practices
