Deep red, slightly cloudy, slightly purplish colour
 
Nose : First nose of cherry in syrup, then stone fruit (cherry, prune). Finishes with aromatic herbs and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper).
The palette has a fine acidity structure, balanced by great volume.
Notes of stone fruits like plums, nice red fruit enhanced by fresh pepper, a nice and long finish with some liqueur notes and some soft bitters on the finish. 
 
Food Pairing: Salt-crusted lamb, tagine with prunes,
game with reduced red wine sauce, Italian specialties
with fresh tomatoes, Nettle Tomme, Carré Mirabelle
plum ice cream and apple pie, duck with orange.
