Deep golden-yellow to light amber, with the slight haze and depth you would expect from a natural macerated white
Perfumed, spicy and properly dry. Paradoxe shows all the classic Gewürztraminer stuff — rose, lychee, ripe peach and exotic spice — but flips the script with a dry, fresh and lightly grippy palate.
One week of gentle skin maceration adds a subtle tea-like bitterness and structure, keeping this aromatic orange wine surprisingly energetic and very drinkable.
