Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Blanc Muscat, Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer
Fresh light notes of apricot & lychee with nice citrus notes. Soft mellow fruit ending, long finish
 
Poiscaille 2023
All Alsace Grapes, even Pinot
Fresh but it still has some body to it.
It has a bit of that silty minerality to it, that reminds me oysters. It has a very nice long mineral & aromatic finish. This wine is made specially to go with seafood
This wine is a collabriation between Pepin & Charles Poiscaille, a fisherman who runs a seafood company in France
