Its has a beautiful mellow natural wine nose with floral, apricots & peaches notes to it.
Its a skin contact (orange wine) wine with a macération of 3 weeks. It has an amazing copper orange cloudy colour
On the nose you get some elderflower, citrus zest, fresh thyme
It's has a great freshness & liveliness to it. An amazing balance between summer freshness, lots of mixed citrus fruit & young stone fruits like apricot & peaches. There is this flavour of fresh thyme running through it as well. Same as a nice bitterness
All in all, this wine is delicious.
