On the nose it is a beautiful pinot maceration, soft & warm
 
Fresh crushed berries with delicate soft red liquorice.
A nice acidity that really makes this wine come alive.
Beautiful light flavours. Nice mellow dryness as well
 
Great with light meats, light smokey stuff, flammkuchen, paprika crisps, those sort of things.
 
14 days maceration of 80% grapes. 20% juice.
Aged for 7 months in large barrels
