A nice bright soft happy Gamay
On the nose you get some soft violette, light earthyness, dried mint, some pepper
The palate has soft forest fruit, some spice and dried herbs.
Still a nice acidity to it. A little dryness and bitterness due to whole stem maceration.
But beautifully soft and warm, mostly beautiful ripe forest fruit and soft spices
