Light golden/straw yellow
 
on the nose is very rich, some fresh butter, a touch of caramel some honey suckle
 
Its a big wine, nice and round.  Mandarines, some pear drops,  light toasted hazelnut, a bit of spice. It coats your mouth with flavour and it just happily hangs around. Nice long finish and a nice minerality running through it,  and a light bitterness the end like preserved lemon and a bit ashy/smokey
 
Manual harvest, natural vinification: indigenous yeasts - no added sulfur
