Light yellow, slightly cloudy colour
On the nose you get some orange blossom, stone fruit & white flowers
It has a great feel in the mouth. Still has a nice freshness to it, like lemon zest & grapefruit, combined with light flavours of white peach, some mandarin. You get some hint of sage at the end, a little bitterness. Some minerality thrown in the mix as well
