A lighter style red wine from the south.
Smokey aromas, flinty, light herbal notes, earthy, undergrowth
Taste is light but full of flavour, red liquorice, little vanilla, red fruit like ripe strawberries, with spices like pepper. Nice and jammy.
Very low tannins, soft juice with a little steely tingle on the tongue. It just lingers around very happily
Manual harvest, natural vinification: indigenous yeasts - no added sulfur
Very short maceration

Age of the vines : 10-year-old located in the municipality of Lagrasse on the banks of the Orbieu River
Soil : limestone alluvial
