Quetsches Alors:
Eye: A deep red colour with violet nuances.
Nose: Very spicy notes (clove, cinnamon, pepper), plums, distillation.
Palate: Light fizz, sour notes, beautiful tension. Spices and pronounced notes of plums are evident.
Tannic structure is present but well integrated.
Best served very chilled.
 
Bal de Noires:
Visual: very intense black, with red nuances.
Nose: highly identifiable cherry, with a slight presence of ripe pit.
Palate: freshness attributed to significant acidity, light fizz, and good round in mouthfeel. Nice sour notes
